Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • I value my clients and understand that on occasion situations arise causing you the need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, I ask that you inform my as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This can be done by emailing or a voicemail message at (401) 480-4168.
  • A $45 dollar fee will be applied when less than 24 hour notices is given. As we all know our time is valuable and I thank you for your cooperation and understanding. No show appointments will be charged full session fee.
  • In person appointment – Payment is due at the end of your session. Acceptable forms of payment: cash, check payable to A Peace Filled Soul, Venmo. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
  • Phone, Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc. sessions will have to submit payment at the time of scheduling the appointment. Cancellation/Refund Policy will still apply. No Show appointments will not receive a refund.
  • I ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session. I allow 15-20 minutes in between sessions. However, the length of your service may be adjusted accordingly. Full price will apply.
