Gripped by Grief

Grief can grip us on every level of our existence; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Whether we lose a special loved one, a job, a relationship, or an expectation of what we thought life would be, we need to know we are not totally broken.

We can talk to others, connect, and feel our emotions.  We need to find our tools to use to navigate through our days.

We will open up our sacred space with prayer.  There will be discussion on how grief can take a hold on the physical, emotional, and mental bodies in relation to the energy centers called the Chakras.  The participants will then have an opportunity to share their story.  We will be demonstrating some of the tools we use in our daily routines, and close our sacred workshop with a healing card and a gentle energy healing.
